We were not informed that due to construction, we will be required to take 2 buses to Haram. The buses do not come regularly, they only move when the entire bus is full, which can take 15-20 minutes for each bus. Secondly, the manager of the breakfast area did not give good customer service. We had paid for four people for the breakfast service. One of us was ill with a temperature and flu so did not have energy to come down to get breakfast themselves. We kindly requested if we could take a few items for her as she is not in the condition to come herself and take it. Despite us paying entirely, she has no empathy and denied our request.
