Reem is a concierge service over WhatsApp, operated by thesaudiaicompany. She takes your requests and coordinates carrying them out — either directly (organising, reminders, research) or by dealing with a third party on your instruction (a shop, a service, a partner).

You need a working WhatsApp number to use Reem. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell her and for anything done from your number.

Do not use Reem for anything unlawful, for harming others, or for attempting to extract information she is not meant to give. We may suspend an account that does.

When Reem deals with a third party on your behalf (a shop, a service), her role is coordination only. She does not move your money and does not hold your card. The third party carries out the actual transaction and the commercial agreement is between you and them. Reem is not responsible for:

• The quality of a product or service provided by the third party.
• Return or refund disputes — you deal with the third party directly.
• Late delivery, or the shop cancelling your order.

We take care in choosing parties we trust, but the final responsibility sits with whoever deals with you directly.

Exception: hotel bookings made on reem.chat are not covered by this section — see §5.

When you book a hotel through reem.chat, this differs from the coordination role described in §4: here thesaudiaicompany is the seller and receives the payment directly.

• The price shown before you pay is the complete price: the hotel's rate, our service fee, and VAT. Nothing is added afterwards.
• Payment is taken when you complete it on the payment page. If the payment fails, nothing is charged and no booking is confirmed.
• The cancellation policy is set by the hotel, not by us. It is shown with the rate you choose before you pay, including the free-cancellation deadline where the hotel provides one.
• To cancel or change a booking, message Reem on WhatsApp and she arranges it with the hotel.
• The hotel may have its own requirements at check-in, such as identification or a deposit. Those are between you and the hotel directly.

Reem does not carry out an irreversible action — confirming a purchase, sending an email from your account, deleting data — without your explicit confirmation in the conversation. Any error resulting from your direct confirmation rests with you.

Reem is an AI assistant. She can be wrong. Check anything that matters — dates, amounts, bookings — before you rely on it. She is not a substitute for legal, medical or financial advice.

When you connect an external account, you grant Reem the access that connection describes, and you can revoke it at any time from that provider or by asking her.

You can stop using Reem at any time by telling her so. We may suspend the service for a breach of these terms or where required by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the most recent revision, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
