I am staying at the sky view hotel in madinah after completing my hajj and arriving to madinah and all I can say about this hotel is its absolutely awful. The lifts don't work they only have 3 lifts and they never work. We are staying on the 9th floor and I can't use the stairs all the time because I have a bad back. The next thing I have to say is the service is absolutely rubbish they. The reception people don't give a damn if you tell them your problem or if you need anything. The worst reception service ever and the hotel is so dirty they hardly clean it. Only giving it a 1 star for the location as it is near to Masjid Nabwi sharif. Other then this I would stay well away from this hotel it is not even a 1 star.
