An outstanding hotel with beautiful, spacious rooms, an excellent location close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, and exceptional service from start to finish. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mahmmud and Mr. Tarakal Islam from the restaurant. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made every meal a pleasure. They consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. They are a true credit to the hotel. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.
