ASTONEAST TAIBA Hotel

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days. Overall, our stay was comfortable, but we had a very disappointing experience on the 10th day. When we went to collect our dinner, which was already included in the hotel package we had fully paid for, a staff member who appeared to be a supervisor stopped us and told us, "Nothing is free." This was very disappointing because we had already paid for our accommodation and all meals. We were not asking for anything free—we were simply receiving what was included in our booking. Instead of checking our reservation first, the staff member took us to the information desk to verify our booking, and then to the manager's office. Only after our reservation was confirmed were we allowed to collect our meal. By that time, we felt so uncomfortable and disappointed that we decided not to have dinner that night. In my opinion, hotel staff, especially supervisors, should verify a guest's reservation before making statements like "Nothing is free." Saying this to guests who have already paid in full is inappropriate and made us feel disrespected. I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve its service and communication. Treating guests with respect and verifying the facts first would create a much better experience for everyone.
