Unfortunately, my experience is not good in Room No 630 During our stay, its a small things but dishearted >> a normal thing fruit baskets and dates were delivered to other rooms, while when we asked about them, we were simply told that they were “not included in your room.” No proper explanation was given, which made us feel uncomfortable and unfairly treated. This kind service is unacceptable???, especially in a hotel where every guest should be treated with equal respect and hospitality. Furthermore washroom are very small,twice time i hit my head towel rod due to wrong place near with WC . Based on this experience, we will not visit this hotel again and cannot recommend it to others. sincerely hope the management reviews its guest-service standards and ensures that all guests are treated fairly and respectfully in the future.
