"If there was a negative rating, I would have given it because their service is absolutely terrible. **Room Cleaning:** They didn’t actually clean the room or remove the trash; They just made the bed and left. **Breakfast Service:** They treated us as if we were eating at their own expense. They kept giving us dirty looks. I asked a female staff member for a plastic plate and she claimed they didn't have any, but when I approached a male staff member, he gave me one. The female employee then stared at him with dirty looks as if blaming him for helping us. **Check-out**On our last day, we requested a luggage cart to check out. They kept us waiting for half an hour and nobody showed up. In the end, we had to carry our own bags downstairs. When we went to the reception to check out, This is the worst and dirtiest hotel ever. The management and staff are extremely unprofessional.” The only positive thing about this hotel is the waiter, Santha. He is very cheerful and welcoming. When he noticed we didn't have water on our table, he brought us some right away. He has amazing manners, and I truly wish him a better working environment."
