I had an a great 3 nights stay at the Mandarin Oriental. Upon arrival, the staff at the entrance will always greet you with a smile, answer any questions, and make sure you are well taken care of when entering and leaving the hotel. Yiga, Collins and the entire team at the entrance are so kind, and have the best hospitality, it felt like I was staying with family. At the reception desk Yousra, Mehak, and the entire team greeted us with joy upon arrival, made sure we had refreshments at check in, and gave us great tips and advice for exploiting Doha. Yousra was kind enough to arrange breakfast before I departed for my 4am flight back home. The room service staff is also so lovely. They prepared the meals so nicely and the food was always delicious and arrived on time with so much attention to detail. I did have breakfast at the restaurant as well. Gigi and Eric and the entire team at the restaurant took such great care of us during our stay. I will be coming back again to visit. I feel so relaxed and recharged, and can’t wait to see everyone at the Mandarin Oriental Doha again InshaAllah!
