The rooms were exceptional, perhaps even the most beautiful bathrooms we have ever seen in a hotel, but what truly makes this hotel special is the staff—from the doorman to the person who checked us in or escorted us to our room. Everyone is extremely polite, smiling, and wonderfully professional. Also, during our check-out, MenthaSara, Rumi, Samuel and Francis from reception and security assisted us in the best possible way to make sure we had all our paperwork ready for the airport. Thank you very much! Unfortunately, I didn't catch the names of the staff from our first night, but they truly deserve praise and congratulations as well. Congratulations to the manager and management for choosing such an amazing team."
