Retaj Al Rayyan Hotel

Great experience at Retaj Al Rayyan Hotel - stayed for a week, they have everything you need here. Spa, pool, beach access, café downstairs with fresh juices and kind friendly service and smile from Hakeem, nice resturant overlooking west bay and the water. Samia at reception was so kind and helpful! She was able to find locations for us when a few of the public businesses were closed for holiday. Safras in the cafe also went above and beyond to support with our daily juice orders - very kind! Thank you to Hisham as well. Djaffer serviced the room and was also a superstar - so kind and high quality! Rooms have nice view and are big, have a fridge and table and seating options. There was plenty of space for your items and the staff make you feel at home. Everyone was very kind and location is on the water but also center of the city, so you are within 20 minutes of everything. The duty manager Mohammad was also very kind. Always asked how our day was and was helpful with any questions we had. The concierge was also very kind and gave us great local recommendations. Really enjoyed the stay, price is relatively affordable compared to other hotels in the area. Highly recommend A+++ Will stay here again.
