We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom sea-view apartment on the 39th floor for our family of five on a half-board package. The view was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the pillow was extremely uncomfortable and caused me neck pain. The swimming pool was excellent and perfect for children. A special thank you to Mr. James, who was incredibly kind to the kids, attentive, and truly dedicated to his work. Dinner was the only disappointing part of our stay. The buffet was very basic, with limited variety, and did not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel. Breakfast, on the other hand, was excellent. The food was delicious, with a great selection of freshly prepared egg dishes, especially the Eggs Benedict. The only drawback was the coffee, which came from an automatic machine. For a five-star hotel, freshly prepared barista coffee would have been much more appropriate. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The spacious apartment, beautiful view, excellent breakfast, wonderful pool, and outstanding service from Mr. James made our visit memorable. With improvements to the dinner buffet, coffee, and pillows, this hotel would offer an even better five-star experience.
