Dear Mr. Fanour, I would like to thank you very much for contacting me and share my wonderful experience at the hotel. Honestly, it was one of the best days I've spent in Doha. The hotel experience was truly exceptional, and I don't want to mention the names of all the staff I interacted with and was so pleased with their excellent service, lest I forget anyone.
