Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of JPY 3600 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Doors are locked between 12:00 and 18:00, and guests cannot enter the property. The door is locked 24 hours a day, so you cannot enter. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance
