- Please inform 328 Hostel & Lounge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of JPY 3600 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Doors are locked between 12:00 and 18:00, and guests cannot enter the property. The door is locked 24 hours a day, so you cannot enter. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance
- Guests arriving after 23:00 or departing early in the morning must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
- Latest check-in is 01:00. Requests for check-in after this time may not be accommodated even if it is due to flight delay.
- Luggage storage is only available before 12:00 (noon).
