Room is spacious, need and clean, everything is perfect, we were traveling from afternoon by road and reached there around 12:30 in night, reception person, behavior is so rude, he speak very rudely with my husband, no person available to take laguges and bags to room, same for checkout time in next afternoon, everything is self service you have to do by yourself from basement parking to room with kids In booking.com I add 2 adult and kids including breakfast, what they asked we pay advance in booking but on breakfast time they charge extra 50 riyal each child. Although our kids didn't eat anything from the breakfast menu Very disappointing staff behavior specially the night person in reception
