The hotel itself was beautiful, and the room service was excellent. However, I believe the chef’s name was Ziyad, a Jordanian chef, and unfortunately he was one of the most disappointing parts of the experience. The buffet reflected poor kitchen management, weak professionalism, and a noticeable decline in food quality and presentation.
