I had a wonderful experience during my visit. I was welcomed by Ni Luh, who was incredibly kind, warm, and professional. She took the time to explain all the women's services available and made me even more excited for the opening of the women's spa. I truly appreciate her hospitality and outstanding customer service. Even though it was just a bottle of water, that small gesture made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. When the women's spa opens, I'll definitely be one of the first to book with her.
