I had a wonderful experience during my visit. I was welcomed by Ni Luh, who was incredibly kind, warm, and professional. She took the time to explain all the women's services available and made me even more excited for the opening of the women's spa. I truly appreciate her hospitality and outstanding customer service. Even though it was just a bottle of water, that small gesture made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. When the women's spa opens, I'll definitely be one of the first to book with her. Thank you, Ni Luh, for your kindness and for making my visit so enjoyable!

Please note that pets are allowed in the hotel, however, it should weigh a maximum of 7 kg and guests are required to fill out a form upon check-in.
Please note that our reception area, lobby, Lobby Lounge and restaurants will be undergoing an enhancement project between March 21 and October 15, 2023. The Grill restaurant will remain open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and we anticipate little or no impact on guest rooms.
