Bab Samhan, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Diriyah

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bab Samhan Restaurant. The level of service and organization was far below what anyone would expect from a venue associated with a five-star hotel. The issues started with the Instagram customer service. Responses were slow, unclear, and after my reservation was supposedly confirmed, no one responded to any further messages. Upon arrival, I was then informed that my reservation was not actually confirmed, which reflects a serious lack of coordination and professionalism. To make matters worse, I was left waiting for around 15 minutes at the entrance while the staff tried to verify my booking. Standing guests outside without clear communication or proper assistance is simply unacceptable. No matter how busy a hotel or restaurant may be, a five-star establishment should have systems in place to manage reservations and guest arrivals efficiently. Unfortunately, the entire experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and poorly managed. This was a very frustrating experience, and it did not meet the standards that a five-star property should uphold.
