The villa's layout is badly designed. The villa grounds are spacious but the space is not efficient at all. There are two separate buildings one with a living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen. The other building includes a bedroom and living room. The living rooms do not have blackout curtains so they cannot be used as bedrooms. The villa's fixtures are very cheap and not well maintained. First, the refrigerator is so old it's turned yellowish, it doesn't cool properly. The kitchen cabinets are very worn out and of poor quality. The kitchen has no pots, pans or anything to allow for cooking a meal. The restroom fixtures, toilet, faucet, shower are very poorly maintained. The shower does not work properly, it leaks or gushes water nothing comfortably in the middle. The villa is not wheelchair accessible at all. We requested an extra bed and baby crib they accepted the request but did not provide either. The outdoor grass area is not well maintained and pruned, if you have a young child watch them carefully they will trip often. The grass area has cockroaches.
