Z Residence by Dayf - Self-Service Apartments

Absolutely terrible experience. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because Google doesn’t allow 0 stars — and honestly, they do not deserve even one. Our check-in time was 4 PM with supposed “self check-in,” yet we received no access details at all. When we arrived, the apartment was still being cleaned, and we were forced to wait for over an hour in a filthy, foul-smelling hallway with extremely hot air conditioners and unbearable conditions. To make things worse, customer service told us to leave and wait outside while threatening to cancel the reservation. I was traveling with my elderly father, who cannot tolerate heat exposure, and there was absolutely no care or professionalism shown. They later after like hour and a half moved us to a temporary rooftop apartment instead of giving us the apartment we originally booked. Even after repeated promises that it would be ready “within one hour,” we still have not been checked into our actual apartment. I am writing this review now after more than two hours of waiting, and we are STILL not accommodated in the apartment we paid for. Unprofessional, disrespectful, disorganized, and completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs
