An Unforgettable Stay I had the privilege of staying in Tower 3 of Jumeirah Jabal Omar Hotel during my Umrah pilgrimage from July 11 to July 18. Throughout my stay, I was deeply impressed not only by the hotel's excellent facilities but, more importantly, by the exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality of its staff. I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Suheyl, who took great care of us in the restaurant; Head Chef Abdurrahman, whose warm hospitality made every meal enjoyable; Faruk, the head waiter from Uzbekistan; Reaz Al Hakim, the chef from Bangladesh; Abdulaziz from Uzbekistan, who welcomed us every day with a genuine smile at the entrance of the dining hall; and all the other waiters whose names I unfortunately cannot remember. They did far more than simply perform their duties. They worked tirelessly to ensure that every guest felt comfortable, welcomed, and valued. It would not be an exaggeration to say that they went above and beyond to make us happy. Their kindness, attentiveness, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a lasting impression on us. An Umrah journey is a deeply spiritual experience, and having such a peaceful, comfortable, and caring environment made it even more meaningful. I sincerely thank the entire team at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Hotel and hope that the management recognizes and appreciates the outstanding efforts of the staff members I have mentioned. May God bless them all for their kindness and generosity. Without a doubt, whenever we have the opportunity to visit Makkah again, Jumeirah Jabal Omar Hotel will be our first choice.
