I stayed at this hotel with my family, and our experience was truly excellent. One of the biggest advantages was its close proximity to the Haram, making it very convenient to attend prayers. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the elevators were fast, and the overall environment was peaceful and comfortable. The staff provided outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. The reception team, housekeeping staff—especially Mr. Mukarram Hussein—the restaurant staff, particularly Mr. Hassan, who prepared excellent karak tea, and the bell boys were all courteous, caring, and always ready to help. The highlight of our stay was the Haram View Special Room. The breathtaking view of the Kaaba made our visit truly unique and created memories that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, peace of mind, excellent service, and great value for money. It was a wonderful experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.
