We stayed here while couple weeks ago. Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Jabal Omar was flawless from start to finish. If you are looking for top-notch luxury and exceptional hospitality in Makkah, this is the gold standard. Every single aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Welcoming Ambiance: The moment you walk into the lobby, you are greeted with complimentary coffee and refreshing water. The whole area smelled incredible, a beautiful, rich fragrance of traditional Arabic oils that was so inviting I even had to ask the staff what scent it was! World-Class Staff & Service: The hospitality here is unmatched. The front desk staff made check-in effortless and made us feel so welcome. A special shoutout to the bell staff who brought our luggage up to our room, they were exceptionally polite, fast, and attentive. Beautiful Rooms & Amazing Breakfast: Our rooms were pristine, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. The continental breakfast each morning was amazing, with a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious options to start our day. Every single employee we encountered went above and beyond with genuine warmth. They truly set the standard for 5-star service. We absolutely loved our time here and cannot wait to return!
