One of the best services I got in Saudi. Hussam was quite helpful from the day one of arrival. They do provide Golf cart for easy transport as the hotel is bit uphill. I do agree rooms are smaller in size but they are perfect for one person or a couple. The best part about this place is 6mins walk to Haram Shareef. You have a small supermarket/Baqala on topside of the hotel. Gps location would be bit tricky sometimes but it is not difficult to find. Come down till gps point and see on thre right side, a little ally goes towards the hotel. Given the hotel is under renovation, signages are not in place. Give a ring to the hotel service desk and they are quite responsive. Appreciate the efforts of Saif Batel hotel Staff. You guys are doing a great hospitality and may Allah reward you.
