The hotel is located close to the main gate of Masjid Al Haram. However, it is situated on an uphill road, which may be a bit tiring for elderly guests. The hotel service is excellent. Since most of the guests are Indonesian Jamaah, the food served is often Indonesian cuisine. I have no complaints about the meals—they were all delicious. The restaurant staff also did a great job managing the large crowds during peak meal times. The bedroom size is very comfortable for a four-bed room. There is still enough space for praying or storing luggage. The wardrobe is spacious, and the bathroom is large with a properly functioning water heater. Minus: house keeping come to change towel and bathmat at my 4th day here (which already late), but no big issue for me.
