Palladium Hotel, Madinah - 5/5 This has been our go‑to hotel every year we visit Madinah. It’s a bit away from Al‑Harām, but conveniently located on the route to the airport and train station, making it a great option if you can’t find reasonable accommodation closer to Al‑Harām. Service: Exceptional - staff are professional, attentive, and consistently go above and beyond. AbdulAziz is especially accommodating and always does his best to make our stay comfortable. Check‑in and check‑out are smooth and efficient. Rooms: Spotless, spacious, and comfortable with modern furnishings, fast Wi‑Fi, and thoughtful amenities. Housekeeping is thorough and punctual. Dining: Excellent local options - the best Mandi we’ve found (Hashi Basha) is right next to the hotel. Value: Great value for the quality provided - competitive rates for the level of comfort and service. Overall: Outstanding experience across service, amenities, and value. Highly recommended for pilgrims, families, and business travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and consistently excellent service.
