This hotel reception and staff lacks basic ethics and don’t know how to communicate with guests. Reception welcome was rude and room service is ridiculously bad. Room service boy was very rude to us. Don’t fall into the photos trap of the rooms. Rooms look good but service is pathetic. They lack the basic hotel service etiquettes. We asked for one extra mattress which is complimentary in most of the world hotels but they misbehaved with us.
