Great hostel. From what I saw, lol. My booking was cancelled the day of my arrival without any notice from the hostel, which is, as you con imagine, really inconvenient. Thankfully I met the wonderful José (hope I spelled it correctly), who did everything he could to find me a room in one of the other YHA hostels in London. Thanks to him I will not be sleeping on the streets tonight!!! His kindness and empathy really helped me stay calm. The world would be better if it was filled with Josés.
