Terrible hotel. We were given a tiny attic room. The room was incredibly dirty; we killed three cockroaches that were crawling around the room. The first night, we noticed that the blanket was stained, but they didn't change it. We repeatedly requested clean towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer, but none of these were provided throughout our stay. The owners ignored our requests even when we contacted them via WhatsApp, because there is no reception or customer service, either in the morning or in the evening. On our last morning, the alarm went off throughout the hotel, and even then, no one came to help us. This is a disgusting hotel.
