I stayed at this apartment building twice in August 2024 and most recently December 2025. I think over all the first visit was much better than the last one despite booking fairly well in advance by 4 months. Location: Really good and very convenient to underground station and many restaurants. Staff : Responsive and fairly quick to help for any questions and on the last day they gave us an extra hour for checkout. Apartment: significantly more worn up furniture (some cabinet doors in living room and bathroom were broken, stains on couch or sofas ) Bathroom : drains were clogged first 2 days and they were fixed but they were clogged up again last 2 days. Amenities : the machine dryer was not working well and even after the staff came to try to fix it. Also we requested a small broom and sweeping pan for cleaning but it was not available. Heating: it was really cold and there were no heaters and the oil-based heather in the living room was not working.
