Lack of integrity and the lady at the receptionist was unfit for a front desk role. Attempted to check out a day early from the hotel due to a business ordeal, confirmed they would accept and refund me, then declined after I had left. The room was not up to standard as they had staples in the headboard, AC made a rattle noise, the bathroom contained spots of mold, and several other things. Would not recommend.
