After staying in 3 hotels and 2 Airbnbs over the past 2 months while waiting for our flat, Stay kula Hotel Kensington was a breath of fresh air. I arrived with my emotional support dog and, after explaining my severe mould allergy and recent health issues, Suman the concierge was incredibly professional, kind and welcoming. The room was beautiful, the bed so comfortable, and the bathroom was absolutely spotless—something I was especially relieved to see after previous experiences with mould. The customer service was also excellent, with quick responses by phone and email. Thank you to Suman and the lovely reception team for making us feel so welcome. I would rate Kula even higher if I could and can't wait to stay again! ❤️
