The room was clean and a reasonable size, and it had air conditioning, which was appreciated. However, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke coming into the room, even with the windows closed. I’m not sure if our room was near a smoking room or smoking area, but if so, the ventilation doesn’t seem to prevent the smell from spreading to neighbouring rooms. It would also have been a nice touch to provide a small bottle of water for guests to use with the coffee-making facilities. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but these issues affected the experience.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. This cannot be paid with cash. -The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of. -Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 500Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
