I called the staff about the online check in and deposit payment, i was trying to explain my condition but they keep cutting me and wont listen to me untill im finish talking, the way they talk to me is very rude aswell. I tried to talk calmly and they are not being kind and calm ?? I mean im the guest and your the host why are you being rude to me ?

- A smart property with the newest technology where guests can do online check-in from the comfort of their homes and on arrival date by 2pm (excluding the Three Bedroom Apartment which has a physical key), guests will receive an email from TLJ key system with instructions on how to retrieve a unique virtual key card that will allow them to open both building door and flat door by touching their mobile phones on the designated electronic locks.
- Before making a reservations, you must make sure that you will have a smart mobile phone charged and you will have access to your email linked to Booking.com account.
- Set in central London, Hyde Park Suites is a few minutes' walk from 2 Underground stations: Bayswater and Queensway which will be a short travel by tube to touristic destinations and main train stations.
- We offer free WiFi and a well-equipped kitchen in the studio category only. (Double rooms will not have a kitchen).
- These rooms/flats have a mix of wooden and carpet flooring throughout, and all have modern furnishings. In the studio category only, each kitchen features a cooker, microwave and kitchenware for guests to use.
- The units also all have a bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Hairdryers and ironing equipment are both provided.
