I called the staff about the online check in and deposit payment, i was trying to explain my condition but they keep cutting me and wont listen to me untill im finish talking, the way they talk to me is very rude aswell. I tried to talk calmly and they are not being kind and calm ?? I mean im the guest and your the host why are you being rude to me ?

  • Please note that credit card holder name must match guest name. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance at using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
  • If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Hyde Park Suites in advance.
  • Once guests have checked in, the total of the reservation is applicable and nonrefundable.
  • Please note the apartments don't have a elevator and the staff will assist guests who require help with their luggage.
  • A smart property with the newest technology where guests can do online check-in from the comfort of their homes and on arrival date by 2pm (excluding the Three Bedroom Apartment which has a physical key), guests will receive an email from TLJ key system with instructions on how to retrieve a unique virtual key card that will allow them to open both building door and flat door by touching their mobile phones on the designated electronic locks.
  • Before making a reservations, you must make sure that you will have a smart mobile phone charged and you will have access to your email linked to Booking.com account.
  • Set in central London, Hyde Park Suites is a few minutes' walk from 2 Underground stations: Bayswater and Queensway which will be a short travel by tube to touristic destinations and main train stations.
  • We offer free WiFi and a well-equipped kitchen in the studio category only. (Double rooms will not have a kitchen).
  • These rooms/flats have a mix of wooden and carpet flooring throughout, and all have modern furnishings. In the studio category only, each kitchen features a cooker, microwave and kitchenware for guests to use.
  • The units also all have a bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Hairdryers and ironing equipment are both provided.
  • Smart Property implementing the newest technology where guests do online checkin from the comfort of their homes and both our building and flat doors are accessible via smart mobile phones using an app of TLJ key systems. Before making a booking, guests must make sure they will have a smart mobile phone when they reach our building. They must have access to their email address used.
  • Set in central London within walking distance to: Kensington Palace, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Westfield Shopping center and Harrods are both within 30 minutes walk or few stops on bus and underground.
  • We have 2 Underground stations within 3 minutes walk: Queensway / Bayswater giving strong links to all landmarks and main train stations. Please inform Hyde Park Suites in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
  • Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
  • This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
  • A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. That's about 229.80EUR. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
