DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel I have ever been to and I have stayed in some rough hotels. Had a room booked for one night due to needing a cheap place overnight for work. Room 1 was not in a stay-able condition at all. Complained to the guy at the desk and he offered me another room. Room 2 was also not in a stay-able condition. Complained again and he said he would raise it to the manager. I asked if he can give me anything like a refund aswell as letting me stay or another room. Told me that wasn't an option and that they were fully booked (I HIGHLY doubt that) Called Agoda (Booking Website) complaining and got given a refund (Not a complaint against them) I repeat. Do NOT stay in this dive. Have photographed everything and will be reporting this further. Room 1: Black mold on the ceiling of the shower (Really Bad aswell). Room not Hoovered. Staines all over the chair. Doubt the bedding was washed. Room 2: Electrical Cable from the TV just sat on the table (The cable was cut and the metal insides were completely on show) Room not hoovered again! Staines all over the chair again! Random holes / gaps in the ceiling above the shower! Curtain was broken. Will NEVER stay here again. Wouldn't wish this on my arch enemy. Moved hotel to the pod hotel in Piccadilly and so much cleaner and actually comfier.
