This is a great hotel - clean, supremely comfortable, blessed with a great location and spacious rooms which are not a given for London. All that said, I have to highlight that the service is above and beyond - special shoutout to Nira, who took excellent care of us from checkin til even after checkout, when I discovered at the airport that I had left my travel tote behind. She very swiftly arranged for a taxi to bring my bag to T4, showing genuine concern and kindness. 10/10 would recommend.
