This is second time we are staying in this apartment. But this time we are very unhappy with our stay. Our room was changed at the last minute from an upper floor to a ground-floor room, which made it very difficult to sleep due to the constant noise from the main gate opening and closing. The hot water has been unavailable twice during our stay, forcing us to waste valuable time waiting at the hotel because we couldn’t shower in the hot weather. It is currently unavailable again, and we still have no idea when it will be fixed. We asked the management to move us to another room, but our request received very little attention and was not properly addressed. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi is extremely poor and barely usable. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and the level of service has not met our expectations.
