Pictures look very nice. But the reality is very different …. It isn t what i expected. Small rooms bathrooms squeaky beds dirty carpets tiny hallways. We stay at level 7. Lift only goes to level 6. There is a loud noise every 30 seconds that is very bothering during the night. Defo not worth the money… they need to invest. Specially in cleaning…

- Kindly note that check-in for the apartments is from 15:00 onward. Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more , a prepayment is required .
- The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival.
- Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued.
- All guests must be over the age of 18 to check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent.
- The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor. A security deposit of at least GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
- This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. This cannot be paid with cash. The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of. Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 250.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
