Pictures look very nice. But the reality is very different …. It isn t what i expected. Small rooms bathrooms squeaky beds dirty carpets tiny hallways. We stay at level 7. Lift only goes to level 6. There is a loud noise every 30 seconds that is very bothering during the night. Defo not worth the money… they need to invest. Specially in cleaning…

- The hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before 14:00 for check-in. Late check-out will be subject to additional charges.
- Kindly note that check-in for the apartments is from 15:00 onward. Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more , a prepayment is required .
- The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival.
- Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued.
- All guests must be over the age of 18 to check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent.
- The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor. A security deposit of at least GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
- This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. This cannot be paid with cash. The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of. Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 250.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
