I stayed for two nights and, to my surprise, after checking in my room had no water, neither in the shower nor in the sink. After informing reception, the manager moved me to another room where the conditions were not the best. I was moved from a double room to a single room, even though I had booked a double. Let’s say the room was not in great condition, but it was only for one night (as there were no other rooms available). Afterwards, I was moved back to the room I was originally assigned. I only ask that more attention is paid to the rooms before guests are moved into them. After speaking with the manager, he apologised. He was a polite and correct person. Some of the reception staff are not very friendly either. You can also hear some noise from the corridors, but for the price I paid, I did not expect anything different.
