This Hotel was very clean. I was surprised that the room my husband l stayed in was big considering its in London. My husband had a medical emergency which led him to stay in the hospital for 3 days. We had to extend our stay in London for another week. Rafik at the front desk was very understanding and let us keep the same room. I must say I had several interactions with Rafik he is extremely professional and polite.
