This Hotel was very clean. I was surprised that the room my husband l stayed in was big considering its in London. My husband had a medical emergency which led him to stay in the hospital for 3 days. We had to extend our stay in London for another week. Rafik at the front desk was very understanding and let us keep the same room. I must say I had several interactions with Rafik he is extremely professional and polite.

- With the exception of our Advance Purchase rates, we do not make a charge to your credit card.
- For our Advance Purchase rate, we take the full pre-payment at the time of the booking. You will be required to present the same credit card used for the reservation upon check-in.
- We would like you to know that, if we have any problems with the credit card or with the information that you have supplied, we will get in touch via email to resolve the issue prior to your arrival. If we feel the booking is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and, we will notify you in writing.
- If you pay for your reservation online, you will still be required to present a credit/debit card as a guarantee, upon arrival. We will pre-authorize £50.00 per night. This authorization will be automatically released within 7 to 10 working days.
- Please note that there are only 2 parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The hotel do not accept group bookings of 8 or more rooms.
- Hotel rooms may be allocated on the ground or lower ground floors. Subject to availability.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
