What guests say

I walked past this hotel recently and encountered what I would describe as antisocial behaviour taking place directly outside the entrance on the pedestrian pavement. There were groups of men standing outside smoking and drinking, who were staring and making catcalling remarks as I walked past. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. As a result, I now try to avoid walking along this street altogether. I hope the hotel management can take steps to monitor activity outside the premises to ensure that pedestrians feel safe when passing by.
