LeChateau Boutique Hotel

Hotel was nice Rooms are big and clean Bed is so comfortable and relaxing Pillows are ok not as relax as the bed Room is clean with a big and clean toilet as well. Staff was good except the Saudi guy who is working at night shift he is weird and rude and doesn't know the meaning of hospitality at all, I checked in at 2 am after a long flight from Istanbul to Jeddah the guy was rude he never smiled or even talked in a good way i asked for how much does it cost to convert from rial to usd ? He was like check google not my business, then at 5 am someone tried to open my room luckily me i closed the room from inside , 10 minutes later he came rang the bill and told me that he needs my passport to enter again in the system because he made.a mistake and i was like can’t you wait until the morning instead of waking me up or trying to open the door from outside? He even didn’t apologize for the rude and weird behavior, during check in he never informed me about the wifi password or which floor is the room is or even the breakfast time or where ? Staying in a good hotel with good wife rooms with good rate on booking.com and nice references as well was exciting for me but this behavior is not acceptable and i think everyone should be aware of such a weird guy
