What guests say

I checked in in person for a 2-night stay at Areen Hotel on August 16, with early check-in confirmed at 1 AM. Despite this, the staff tried to kick us out, and the issue was never resolved. Staff were extremely disrespectful, assuming I didn’t understand Arabic and calling me “stupid.” The manager said, “We aren’t listening to you; you listen to us,” which was insulting and unprofessional. The room and blankets were dirty, breakfast was barely 1-star quality, and the Wi-Fi was intentionally blocked to save money. When we requested help, staff ignored us and only came the next day. Completely rude, filthy, and unprofessional—do not stay here.
