This hotel should be rated 7 stars! World class service and VERY polite employees. My family and I were amazed by this hotel from all aspects and it left a beautiful mark on us especially that it was our first time in Jeddah. The employees are so cooperative. Rooms are spacious, tidy and very clean. There’s a supermarket and laundry shop close to the hotel. They have complimentary Arabic coffee and dates in the lobby for everyone around the clock.
