Would NOT recommend. Terrible service. Most of the lockers were broken. Sauna was not working, entrance and first impression were simply disgusting. Paid for two 90min hot atone massages and one of the masseuses “accidentally” did 60 mins only as she was unaware. Extremely unprofessional. Not sure how this is considered one of Jeddah’s best spas. Don’t waste your time.
