I would like to express my sincere appreciation to this honest and trustworthy hotel. I had a prior reservation, but due to the current circumstances, my travel plans were canceled. I contacted the hotel and explained the situation, and they were very understanding and cooperative. I truly appreciate the professionalism and integrity of the entire team, especially Mr. Gökay IŞIK, the General Manager. Thank you all for your excellent service and support.
